The truth is, my four year degree and online teaching diploma didn't provide me with the right tools or mindset to be a teacher and tutor. I learnt the hard way by jumping in the deep end. I was lucky to work with a business coach who supported me with the formalities of starting my tutoring business, but for the actual teaching and private tutoring I had little opportunity to work with someone who could reassure, offer advice and exchange learned experiences.

If you think about it, at the core of English learning lies the pivotal role of teachers and tutors, who bear the responsibility of confidence building and language development in learners. We have a very important job, so we need to get it right!
For those seeking one-to-one guidance and support to develop their career and/or business from a coaching mentor in the same field, whether at the beginning or amidst a developed career, I am offering this opportunity to share my experience and build a community of like-minded individuals who, like me, are driven by helping others.
